It all started when…

Formerly known as Elle Salon MDR, ISSA Studio is the home of Lisa Christensen. A dedicated and talented hair stylist that has been in the industry for over 12 years. Starting her career in Orange County, CA, her education and experience have roots ranging from Vidal Sassoon, Wella, Goldwell, Hot Heads Extensions, Brazilian Blowout, Kerastase, Kevin Murphy, Bumble and Bumble, and more.

Her education and artistic approach has always been the foundation of her passion. Inspired by culture, her love of music and photography, Lisa’s style is ever evolving, which allows her to create a personal style for everyone who sits in her chair.

Lisa’s beautiful color work is complimented with her sexy bombshell haircuts and blowouts. “I love making my clients feel like a Victoria Secret model when they leave the salon. Long hair, short hair, it’s all about giving your client sex appeal.”
